Depart S Francisco to Istanbul.

Arrive Istambul. Meeting with our representative at the airport and transfer by bus to our hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast . Full day tour of the city. In the morning, visit Santa Sophia, the most significant monument in Istanbul. From there, visit the Topkapi Palace, where the sultans lived between 1478 and 1856. We continue with the famous Blue Mosque and the Roman Hippodrome. We end the day with free time to shop at the Gran Bazaar. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast . Transfer from the hotel to the airport in time to board our flight to Izmir. Arrival and departure on our bus to Ephesus, the best preserved Greco-Roman city in Asia Minor since the 1st and 2nd centuries. The Temple of Artemis – one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World -, the Temple of Hadrian, the Roman Baths, the Library of Celsus and the Odeon. Visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, and today it is a pilgrimage site. Then we will give way to Kusadasi, the “Island of the birds”, which opens us with beautiful views of the port of the bay. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast . Departure for Izmir, the third city of Turkey. We will take a short walk along its boardwalk. We continue to the airport in time to board our flight at 13:05 to Athens. We will make a stopover in Istanbul. Arrival in Athens around 5:55 PM. Meeting with our representative at the airport of Athens and transfer by private bus to our hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Departure towards the Argolis region. Route through the Corinth Canal which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea. We will visit the archaeological site of Corinth. We will then go to the Homeric City: Mycenae. Visit its famous ruins, which include the Lions Gate, the walls, the site of the Royal tombs and the tomb of Agamemnon. Back to Athens where, in the afternoon, we will make a visit to the city that will lead us to know: The Constitution Square, the Parliament, the National Library, the University and the Academy, passing by the street Herodou Atticus, we can see the Royal Palace, guarded by Evzones, along towards the Acropolis, we can see the famous Olympic Stadium, the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian’s arch, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erecteum and the Parthenon. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Early departure this morning from the hotel with our Bus to the port of Piraeus to embark on the ferry that set sail at 07:25 to go to the famous Greek island “blue and white” Santorini. It is quite different to all the Cyclades Islands or any island of the Aegean. Santorini, every detail is beauty. Shaped half moon and on the inside, where once was the great volcano, there are another series of smaller but very beautiful islands. Arrival on 15:00. Meeting with our representative and transfer from the port to the hotel nearest road access. All hotels are situated in pedestrian areas with frequent stairs next to the caldera of Santorini, you’ll have to walk the short distance between Station Road and the hotel door (Distances of 25-35 meters). After breakfast, transfer to the airport, in time to board our flight to Tel Aviv. Meeting with our representative at BEN GURION airport and departure by bus to Nazareth. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Visit to the Mount of Beatitudes, where we will do our personal meditation. Visit to Capernaum, celebration of the Holy Mass, on the ruins of the house of San. Pedro, visit the ruins of the old Synagogue. We continue to Tabgha, to the place of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes, then we embark to make a journey through the Sea of Galilee, and already out to sea, we will do the corresponding readings. We will visit the Primacy of Peter, where Jesus tells his disciples that they are returning from fishing “Boys, bring some of the fish that you just caught”, there is a rock where Jesus had prepared the fire, and he was waiting for them, he asks him there to Pedro, do you love me more than these? We will go to the Jordan River to renew our Baptismal promises. Dinner and overnight..

Breakfast. Departure to Mt. Tabor and ascent by taxi to visit the Church of the Transfiguration. Bordering the Jordan River we will arrive at Yardenit, where the baptism commemoration site is located. Renewal of our Baptismal promises. Traveling through the Jordan Valley we will pass through Jericho, the oldest city in the world. Upon entering Jericho, there is a sycamore that reminds us of Zacchaeus, there, we will do the corresponding reading. We will arrive in front of the Mount of Temptations to remember the biblical passage. We continue to Jerusalem making a stop at the Dead Sea. The Dead Sea is the lowest point on the planet, it is 400 meters below sea level and its waters, more than waters, are salts and are said to be medicinal. Arrival in Jerusalem. In a high part of Mount Scopus, we will make a toast, as we have reached the Holy City. In Bethlehem, we will be very happy to thank God for allowing us to reach the place where, 2000 years ago, our Redeemer was born. We visit the Basilica of the Nativity. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. This day, we begin our pilgrimage to Mount of Olives, the place of the Ascension of Lord. To the Cave of the Our Father, to the Chapel of Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept for Jerusalem. Continuing towards the Garden and the Basilica of Gethsemane where Jesus died and a few meters away is the Grotto of betrayal where Judas delivered him. We continue to visit the Mount Zion, the Cenacle, the place where Jesus instituted the Sacrament of the Priesthood and the Eucharist, we will visit the Abbey of the Dormition of Mary and the Church of St. Peter in Galicanto. In the afternoon we continue visiting the Tomb of King David. Continuing to the Wailing Wall. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Very early today, departure to do the 14 stations of the Way of the Cross, visiting the Church of the Flagellation, the Chapel of the Condemnation, until reaching the Holy Sepulcher. We continue to Ain Karen to visit the Church of St. John Baptist and the place where the Blessed Virgin visited her cousin St. Isabel. Tonight we will have our farewell dinner and delivery of Pilgrimage certificates. Overnight

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer by our private bus to the Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv to board our flight back to San Francisco.

Llegada a Estambul. Encuentro con nuestro representante en el aeropuerto y traslado en Bus al hotel. Dia libre. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Excursión de día completo por la ciudad. Por la mañana, visita a Santa Sophia, el monumento más significativo de Estambul. De ahí, visita al Palacio Topkapi, donde vivieron los sultanes entre1478 y 1856. Continuamos con la famosa Mezquita Azul y el Hipódromo Romano. Finalizamos el día con tiempo libre para compras en El Gran Bazaar. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Traslado del hotel al aeropuerto en tiempo para embarcar en nuestro vuelo hacia Esmirna. Llegada y salida en nuestro Bus hacia Éfeso, la ciudad greco-romana mejor preservada de Asia Menor desde los siglos I y II. El Templo de Artemisa – una de las Siete Maravillas del Mundo Antiguo -, el Templo de Adriano, los Baños Romanos, la Biblioteca de Celso y el Odeón. Visita a la Casa de la Virgen María, y hoy es un local de peregrinación. Seguidamente daremos paso a Kusadasi, la “Isla de los pájaros”, que nos abre unas preciosas vistas al puerto de la bahía. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida hacia Izmir, la tercera ciudad de Turquía. Haremos un breve paseo por su malecón. Continuamos hasta el aeropuerto en tiempo para abordar nuestro vuelo a las 13:05 con destino a Atenas. Haremos un escalo en Estambul. Llegada a Atenas sobre las 17:55. Encuentro con nuestro representante en el aeropuerto y traslado en Bus privado a nuestro hotel. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida hacia la región de la Argólida. Ruta por el Canal de Corinto que une el Mar Egeo con el Jónico. Visita Al centro arqueológico de Corinto. A continuación, nos dirigiremos a la ciudad homérica: Mecenas. Visita de sus célebres ruinas, la Puerta de los Leones, las murallas, el recinto de las tumbas reales y la tumba de Agamenón. Regreso a Atenas donde se realizara en la tarde una visita a la ciudad que nos llevara conocer: La Plaza de la Constitución, el Parlamento, la Biblioteca Nacional, la Universidad y la Academia, al pasar por la calle Herodou Atticus, podemos ver el Palacio Real, custodiado por Evzones, siguiendo en dirección al Acrópolis, podremos ver el famoso Estadio Olímpico, el Templo de Zeus y el Arco de Adriano, el Templo de Atenea Nike, el Erecteum y el Partenón. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida muy temprano esa manana en nuestro Bus del hotel al Puerto del Pireo para embarcar en el ferry que zarpará sobre las 07:25 para ir a la famosa isa Griega “azul y blanco” Santorini. Es absolutamente diferente a todas las islas Cycladas. En Santorini, cada detalle es belleza. Tiene forma de media luna y en su parte interior, existen otra serie de islas más pequeñas pero muy bellas. Llegada sobre las 15:00. Encuentro con nuestro representante y traslado desde el puerto hasta el acceso por carretera más cercano del hotel. Todos los hoteles están situados en zonas peatonales con frecuentes escaleras junto a la caldera de Santorini, tendrán que recorrer a pié la corta distancia peatonal entre el apeadero junto a carretera y la puerta del hotel (distancias de 25 a 35 metros). Mañana libre, para disfrutar de la situación privilegiada y maravillosas vistas del lugar, desde el hotel hay acceso peatonal a comercios y restaurantes locales. A primera hora de la tarde, encuentro con nuestro representante al mismo punto y traslado al puerto para embarcar en el ferry de regreso a Atenas. Zarpará sobre las 15:30, llegando a Atenas, sobre las 23:45. Cena a bordo. Llegada y traslado en Bus a nuestro Hotel. Alojamiento.

Después del desayuno traslado al aeropuerto, en tiempo para abordar nuestro vuelo a Tel Aviv. Encuentro con nuestro representante en el aeropuerto BEN GURION y salida hacia en bus a Nazaret. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Visita al Monte de las Bienaventuranzas, donde haremos nuestra meditación personal. Visita a Cafarnaum, celebración de la Sta. Misa, sobre las ruinas de la casa de San. Pedro, visita a las ruinas de la antigua Sinagoga. Continuamos a Tabgha, al lugar de la multiplicación de los panes y peces, después nos embarcamos para hacer una travesía por el mar de Galilea, y ya mar adentro, haremos las lecturas correspondientes. Visitaremos el Primado de Pedro, donde Jesús les dice a sus discípulos que están regresando de pescar “Muchachos, traed algunos de los peces que acaban de pescar”, ahí hay una roca donde Jesús tenía preparado el fuego, y los esperaba, le pregunta ahí a Pedro, Me amas más que estos?. Iremos al Río Jordán a Yardenit para renovar nuestras promesas Bautismales. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno Visita de Nazaret el lugar donde el Hijo de Dios se encarnó en la Sma. Virgen. Después de visitar toda la Basílica, iremos a la gruta de la Sagrada Familia, y continuamos a Cana de Galilea, donde Jesús realizo su primer milagro. Oportunidad de renovar el Sacramento del Matrimonio, para los que están casados. Continuamos para subir al Monte Carmelo, para encontrarnos con la Gruta del Profeta Elias y contemplar el Templo Bahaí y sus preciosos Jardines Persa. Regreso al hotel. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida hacia Mt. Tabor y subida por taxi para visitar la iglesia de la Transfiguracion. Viajando por el Valle del Jordán pasaremos por Jericó, la Ciudad más antigua del mundo, Al entrar a Jericó, hay un sicómoro que nos recuerda a Zaqueo, ahí, haremos la lectura correspondiente. Llegaremos frente al Monte de las tentaciones para recordar el pasaje bíblico. Continuamos a Jerusalén haciendo una parada en el Mar Muerto. El Mar muerto es el punto mas bajo del planeta, esta a 400 metros bajo el nivel del mar y sus aguas, más que aguas, son sales y se dice que son medicinales. Llegada a Jerusalen. En una parte alta del Monte Scopus, haremos un brindis, pues hemos llegado a la Ciudad Santa. En Belén, muy contentos daremos gracias a Dios por permitirnos llegar al lugar donde, hace 2000 años, nació nuestro Redentor. Visitamos la Basílica de la Natividad. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Este día, iniciamos nuestra peregrinación en el Monte de los Olivos, el lugar de la Ascensión del Sr. A la Cueva del Padre Nuestro, a la Capilla de Dominus Flevit, donde Jesús lloro por Jerusalén. Prosiguiendo hacia el Huerto y la Basílica de Getsemani donde Jesús agonizo y a unos metros de ahí se encuentra la Gruta de la traición donde Judas lo entrego. Continuamos para visitar, el Monte Sion: el Cenáculo, lugar en que Jesús Instituyo el Sacramento del Sacerdocio y la Eucaristía, Visita a la Abadía de la Dormición de María y la Iglesia de San Pedro In Galicanto y la Tumba del Rey David. Proseguiremos al Muro de los Lamentos. Cena y alojamiento

Desayuno. Hoy muy temprano, salida y recorrido por las 14 estaciones de la Via Dolorosa, visitando los Iglesia de la Flagelacion, la Capilla de la Condena, hasta llegar al Santo Sepulcro. Continuamos a Ain Karen para visitar la Iglesia de San Juan Bautista y el lugar donde la Sma Virgen, visito a su prima Sta. Isabel. Esta noche tendremos nuestra cena de despedida y entrega de certificados de Peregrinaje. Alojamiento

Desayuno en el hotel y traslado en nuestro bus privado al aeropuerto Ben Gurion de Tel Aviv para embarcar en nuestro vuelo de regreso a San Francisco.
