Departure from USA to Lisbon

Arrival in Lisbon. Meeting with our representative at Portela airport and departure for a panoramic city tour. Our guide will take us to know: the Jeronimos Monastery of St. Mary of Bethlehem, outside visit. Rest of the day free. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Departure to Fatima. Leaving the capital, we will discover the surroundings of Lisbon. Our first stop will be Sintra, a place full of magic and mystery, that delighted the kings and inspired many poets. Here, we will visit the romantic Pena National Palace, the former summer residence of the Portuguese Kings and, going down to the historic center, we will walk through the beautiful medieval streets of the city. Free time for lunch (not included). In the afternoon we will continue our trip to Fatima. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. Possibility of participating in the prayer of the Rosary and the Procession of the Torches.

Breakfast. Day dedicated to the sanctuary of Fátima: celebration of the eucharist, prayers in the Shrine. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. We begin by visiting the place where the shepherds grew up in a small village called Aljustrel, where the houses are preserved, as they were at the time of the apparitions, in one of these houses is the well in which the Angel of Peace appeared for the second time. Breakfast. Departure to Loyola, the birthplace of San Ignacio de Loyola, founder of the Jesuits. Here we will see the Basilica of S. XVII dedicated to San Ignacio. We will also visit his family’s house behind the sanctuary. There will be time to go to the most revered room, where Ignacio was brought thirty years after being seriously injured in the Battle of Pamplona. In the early afternoon, continuation of our trip across the Pyrenees, we will enter France. Arrival at the end of the day in Lourdes. We recommend resting early for the next day to celebrate the Holy Mass in the Crypt. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. We will make a visit on foot of the Sanctuary, we will visit the cave where the Virgin appeared to Bernadette, as well as we will visit the Mill where Bernadette was born and the place where she lived with her family, We will have time to attend mass and pray during the day, as well as to meet numerous pilgrims who come from all corners of the world, we will drink water from the spring that is located at the foot of the cave and that since 1858 sprouts incessantly. Breakfast. Transfer with our bus to the airport and departure on flight to Split. Meeting with our representative and transfer with our Bus along the beautiful Adriatic Coast to the village of Medjugorie. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Departure from the hotel with our guide to climb on foot to the Hill of Apparitions of Virgen (Podbordo), explanation, prayer and meditation. From the hill of the Cross we will go down through the stations to our Hotel for a short break. In the afternoon we will climb, those who can, to Mount Krizevac, another place of the apparitions of the Virgin. Rest of the day free. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Morning free. Departure around 12:00 on our Bus to Dubrovnik airport in time to board our flight at 4:55 pm to Rome. Meeting with our representative at the Leonardo Da Vinci airport and transfer by bus to our hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Transfer to the Vatican to participate at the Papal Audience with the Holy Father Leone XIV. This afternoon we’ll met with our local guide and depart by our motorcoach for a half day tour of the Basilics. We will start with the St. Mary the Major Basilica, also known as St. Mary of Snow Basilica and Liberian Basilica. Built on a pagan temple of Cybele, St. Mary the Major It is the only Roman Church which preserves the strictly basilical and the primitive Paleo-Christian structure. The St. Alfonso Church. Here we visit the original Icon of the Virgin of the Perpetuo Socorro. St. John in Lateran Basílica, better known as Archibasílic of St. John in Leteran. Is the Cathedral of the Diocese of Rome, the episcopal Headquarters of the Bishop of Rome (the Pope). It is dedicated to Christ the Saviour, however it is more known with the name of St. John, being dedicated to the two Saints main bearing this name. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast in the hotel and transfer with our bus to Leonardo da Vinci airport in time for departure of our flight back home.

Salida USA a Lisboa

Llegada Lisboa. Encuentro con nuestro representante en el aeropuerto y salida en bus para una visita panorámica de la ciudad, incluyendo entre otros el Barrio de Alfama, Torre de Belén y Monasterio de los Jerónimos, visitas externas. Resto del dia libre. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida en dirección a Fátima. Saliendo de la capital, descubriremos los alrededores de Lisboa. Nuestra primera parada será Sintra, un lugar lleno de magia y misterio, que encantó a los reyes e inspiró a muchos poetas. Aquí, visitaremos el romántico Palacio Nacional de Pena y, bajando hacia el centro histórico, caminaremos por las hermosas calles medievales de la ciudad. Tiempo libre para el almuerzo (no incluido). Por la tarde proseguiremos nuestro viaje hasta Fatima. Cena y alojamiento en el hotel. Posibilidad de participar en la oración del Rosario y la Procesión de las Antorchas

Desayuno. Día dedicado al santuario de Fátima: celebración de la eucaristía, oraciones en el Santuario. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Iniciamos visitando en el lugar donde se crecieron los pastorcillos en una pequeña aldea llamada Aljustrel, en donde las casas se conservan tal y como estaban en la época de las apariciones, en una de estas casas se encuentra el pozo en el que se les apareció el Ángel de la Paz por segunda vez. Continuamos a Valinhos lugar de la cuarta aparición de la Virgen el 19 de agosto de 1917. El Viacrucis sigue el sendero que solían recorrer los niños para ir de Aljustrel a la Cova da Iria. Visitaremos el Santuario y la Iglesia de la Santísima Trinidad ubicadas en la plaza. Luego saldremos hacia Santiago de Compostela ciudad frecuentada por millones de peregrinos que acuden cada Año Santo, para ganar su jubileo. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. En la mañana visita a la Catedral donde se encuentran los restos del Apóstol Santiago y la custodia del Códice Calixtino, que rige la ruta del camino de Santiago. Después partiremos hacia Covadonga, allí encontramos el Santuario de la Virgen de Covadonga conocido popularmente como “la Cuevina”. Posteriormente llegaremos a Bilbao allí podremos visitar la Catedral de Santiago y los puentes y pasarelas que adornan la ciudad. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida con rumbo a Loyola, el lugar de nacimiento de San Ignacio de Loyola, fundador de los Jesuitas. Aquí veremos la Basílica del S. XVII dedicada a San Ignacio. También visitaremos la casa de su familia detrás del santuario. Habrá tiempo para ir a la habitación más venerada, donde Ignacio fue traído con treinta años tras haber sido herido gravemente en la Batalla de Pamplona. A primera hora de la tarde, salida y, cruzando los Pireneos, entraremos en Francia. Llegada a final del dia a Lourdes. Recomendamos descansar temprano para al dia siguiente celebrar la Sta. Misa en la Cripta. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Realizaremos una visita a pie del Santuario, visitaremos la gruta donde se apareció la Virgen a Bernadette, así como visitaremos el Molino donde Bernadette nació y el lugar donde vivió con su familia, así como tendremos tiempo de asistir a misa y de rezar durante el resto del día, así como de encontrarnos con numerosos peregrinos que vienen de todos los rincones del mundo, beberemos agua del manantial que se encuentra situado al pie de la gruta y que desde 1858 brota sin cesar. También tendremos ocasión de realizar los baños, el Vía Crucis y participar en la procesión de las velas por la noche. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Confortado por nuestras experiencias en Lourdes hoy continuamos nuestra Peregrinación gozando del magnifico panorama que nos ofrece la travesía de la Cordillera Pirenaica, esta vez de Francia a España. Hoy nos vamos a deleitar siguiendo los pasos de Sam Ignacio, visitando el Monasterio de Montserrat, el corazón espiritual de Catalunya. A final de la tarde llegada a Barcelona. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Traslado en nuestro bus al aeropuerto y salida en nuestro vuelo con destino a Split. Encuentro con nuestro representante en el aeropuerto y traslado en Bus a nuestro hotel en Medjugorie. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida a pie para la Colina de las Apariciones de La Virgen (Podbordo), explicación, oración y meditación. De la colina de la Cruz bajaremos por las estaciones hasta nuestro Hotel para un breve descanso. En la tarde subiremos, los que puedan, al monte Krizevac, otro de los lugares de las apariciones de La Virgen. Resto del dia libre. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Mañana libre. Salida sobre las 12:00 en nuestro Bus para el aeropuerto de Dubrovnik en tiempo para abordar nuestro vuelo a las 17:00 con destino a Roma. Encuentro en el aeropuerto Leonardo da Vinci con nuestro representante y traslado en Bus al hotel. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Traslado a la Ciudad del Vaticano para asistir a la Audiencia publica, con S.S. Leone XIV. A primera hora de la tarde encuentro con nuestro guía y salida para un medio dia de visita a las Basílicas más emblemáticas de Roma. Iniciamos con la Basílica de Santa María La Mayor, también conocida como Basilica di Santa Maria della Neve y Basílica Liberiana. Construida sobre un templo pagano de Cibeles, Santa María la Mayor es la única Iglesia romana que conserva la planta estrictamente basilical y la estructura paleocristiana primitiva. La Iglesia de San Alfonso. Aqui visitaremos el Icono original de la Virgen del Perpetuo Socorro. Basílica de San Juan de Letrán, más conocida como Archibasílica de San Juan de Letrán es la Catedral de la diócesis de Roma, donde se encuentra la sede episcopal del obispo de Roma (el Papa). Está dedicada a Cristo Salvador, sin embargo es más conocida con el nombre de San Juan, por estar dedicada a los dos santos principales que llevan este nombre. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno en el hotel y traslado en nuestro bus privado al aeropuerto Leonardo da Vinci para embarcar en nuestro vuelo de regreso a USA. Llegada el mismo dia.
