Departure to Italy, night on board the flight

Arrival to Rome. Meeting with our representative at Leonardo da Vinci airport and transfer by bus to our hotel. Rest of the day free. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Transfer from the hotel with our motorcoach to the Vatican to participate at the Papal Audience with the Holy Father Francis.
Free time to visit St. Peter’s Basilica on your own (there is a long line to enter due to security). In the afternoon meeting with our guide and departure for a half day tour, we will visit St. Mary the Major Basilica (Holy Mass), St. John in Lateran, the Colosseum (outside). Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, transfer to Leonardo Da Vinci airport. Departure on our flight to Tel Aviv. Meeting with our representative at Ben Gurion airport and transfer by Bus to our hotel. Rest of the day free. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. We start our tour visiting Caesarea Maritima, we will visit the Roman Colosseum, the Crusader city and the aqueduct. Continue to Haifa. We will go up to Mount Carmel, to meet the Grotto of the Prophet Elias and contemplate the Bahai Temple and its beautiful Persian Gardens. In the afternoon visit of Acre and its Medieval fortresses. continue towards Nazareth. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Visit the Mount of Beatitudes, where do our personal meditation. Breakfast. This day, we begin our pilgrimage on the Mount of Olives, the place of the Ascension of our Lord. To the Cave of Our Father, to the Chapel of Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept for Jerusalem, there we will celebrate the Holy Mass. Then we visit the Basilica of Gethsemane where Jesus agonized and a few meters from there is the Grotto of betrayal where Judas delivered him. Continuation in our Bus to St. Catherine. Arrival in the St. Catherine area and lodging at the Hotel, at the foot of Mount Sinai. Dinner and overnight.

At dawn we will make the ascent to Mount Moses or Mount Sinai, where Moses received the Tablets of the Law of the 10 Commandments, while the Hebrew people camped at the foot of the mountain. From the top we can see the sunrise and St. Catherine Mount. Back to the hotel. Breakfast and departure with our suitcases to visit, at the foot of the mountain, the Monastery of St. Catherine, the oldest in Christendom. Already outside the temple, we will visit the Burning Bush in which Moses had the appearance of the angel of the Lord, according to the Bible. We will also know the well in which Moses met his wife. After the visit to the Monastery, we will set out for the Sharm el-Sheikh airport, in time to board our flight to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to our hotel. Rest of the day free. Dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. In the morning, departure by bus from the hotel with our guide to visit the famous Pyramids of Cheops, Kefren and Micerinos, as well as the impressive Sphinx carved into the rock. Later we will go to the Papyrus Institute, where the artisanal process used in the making of the Papyri will be shown. In the afternoon visit the Egyptian Museum, with its ancient art, where the Treasure of the Tomb of Tutankhamun is kept. You will also visit the Citadel of Saladin, the Alabaster Mosque and the Khan Khalili Bazaar. Return to our hotel. At night, farewell dinner aboard a boat on the Nile River, to enjoy the Folklore of this country, with its famous Belly Dance. Transfer back to our hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast and transfer by our private Bus to Maṭār El Qāhira airport of Cairo in time for departure of our flight back USA. Arrival same day

Salida con destino a Egipto, noche a bordo del vuelo

Llegada al Cairo. Encuentro en el aeropuerto con nuestro representante que nos ayudara con los tramites del Visado (Pago de la Visa por su cuenta) y traslado en Bus al hotel. Resto del día libre. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Encuentro con nuestro guia en el hotel y salida en Bus para una excursion que nos llevarà conocer: Menfis, la Necrópolis de Sakkara, con sus pirámides. Posteriormente iremos a la Explanada de Giza, en donde podremos admirar las pirámides de Keops, Kefren y Micerino, así como la famosa Esfinge con rostro humano y cuerpo de león. Regreso al hotel. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida en autocar para realizar una amplia visita de el Cairo: Museo Egipcio con los tesoros de Tutankamon, la Ciudadela de Saladino con su Mezquita de Alabastro, y el Barrio Medieval Católico, donde vivió la Sagrada Familia. Visitaremos también el Bazar de Khan-Khalili. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. A la hora prevista traslado al aeropuerto para embarcar en nuestro vuelo con destino a Aswan. Llegada y traslado al puerto para embarcar en la motonave (así se llaman los barcos que navegan por el Nilo) LIBERTY NILE CRUISE. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno en el barco. Por la mañana, desembarque para ir a visitar la Alta Presa, considerada la presa más grande del mundo. Visita del Templo de Philae o Templo de la Diosa Isis. Regreso a nuestro barco. Almuerzo durante la navegación por el Nilo, llegando al Templo de Kom Ombo al atardecer. Visita de los Templos de Sobek el dios de cabeza de cocodrilo simbolizando a la fertilidad del Nilo y Haroeris el dios halcón el mayor. Navegación hacía Edfu, donde atracaremos para cenar y pasar la noche.

Desayuno en el barco. Visita del Templo de Edfu dedicado a Horus, hijo de Isis y Osiris, representado en la mitología egipcia en forma de halcón, el templo mejor conservado del mundo antiguo y diseñado por Imhotep. Almuerzo incluido a bordo. Navegación hacia Esna, pasamos la esclusa que se construyo para salvar un desnivel de unos 10 metros y continuación a Luxor, la antigua ciudad de Tebas. Visita del Templo de Karnak, el gran santuario de Amón Ra, considerado el templo más grande de Egipto con su avenida de esfinges y su sala de 134 columnas. Cena y alojamiento a bordo.

Después de desayunar y hacer el check out, sobre las 06:00 horas pondremos rumbo a las gigantescas necrópolis cercanas a Lúxor. Visitaremos el Valle de los Reyes, el Templo de Hatsepsut y los Colosos de Memnón. Terminaremos el tour sobre las 11:30 horas y os llevaremos al aeropuerto de Lúxor para embarcar en el vuelo a Sharm El Sheik. Llegada y traslado a Santa Catalina, a pies del Monte Sinaí. Cena y alojamiento.

De madrugada salida hacia el Monte Moisés o Monte Sinaí, donde el Moisés recibió de Dios las tablas de la ley, mientras el pueblo hebreo acampaba al pie del monte. Desde la cima podremos ver el amanecer y el Monte de Santa Catalina. Bajando del monte visitaremos el Monasterio de Santa Catalina (si es posible ) situado a 1.570 m de altura. Regreso al hotel. Desayuno y salida hacia Taba (Frontera Egipcia/Israel), nuestro guia que nos ayudara con los tramites del Visado y continuacion hacia el Mar Muerto. Posibilidad de bano en las aguas sulfurosas del sitio mas bajo de la tierra. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida temprano hacia Jerusalén, a donde llegaremos cantando el salmo y en una parte alta de la Ciudad, haremos un brindis, pues hemos llegado a la Ciudad Santa. Comenzamos nuestra visita caminando a la Ciudad vieja. Visitaremos el Muro de los Lamentos, el lugar más importante para la religión Judía, con vista a la Mezquita del Aqsa y Cupula de la Roca Sagrada. Seguimos rumbo la Iglesia de Sta Ana, Capilla de la Flagelaciòn donde haremos las estaciones de la Cruz por la Via Dolorsa hasta llegar a la Basilica del Santo Sepulcro. Luego iremos a la tumba del Rey David, Basilica de la Dormicion y la sala de la Ultima Cena. En la tarde subimos al Monte Sión para visitar la Iglesia de San Pedro Gallicantu, donde Pedro negó a Cristo y donde Jesús estuvo prisionero. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida al Monte de los Olivos para visitar el Huerto de Getsemani, la Iglesia de la Ascenciòn y la Iglesia del Padre Nuestro. Visita a la Iglesia de Todas las Naciones. Luego continuamos hacia la Valle de Kedron para ver la Piscina de Siloam. En la tarde, salida hacia Jericó, la Ciudad más antigua del mundo. Al entrar a Jericó, hay un sicómoro que nos recuerda a Zaqueo, ahí, haremos la lectura correspondiente. Llegaremos frente al Monte de las Tentaciones. Allì los famosos Manuscritos del Mar Muerto. Regreso a Jerusalen. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Manejamos a través de la Tumba de Raquel a la Ciudad de Belén. Visita a la Basílica de la Natividad construida sobre la Gruta y el Pesebre, la Iglesia de Santa Catarina, la Gruta de San Jerónimo y la Gruta de la Leche. En la tarde seguiremos hacia Ein Karen para conocer la Iglesia de la Visitación de María y la Iglesia de San Juan Bautista. Continuamos por la Ciudad Nueva para ver el Monasterio de la Cruz, el edificio del Kenesset y el Menora.
Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Salida en dirección al rió Jordán y continuación para visitar a Yardenit, donde se encuentra lugar de conmemoración del bautismo. Renovacion de nuestras promesas Bautismales. Continuacion hacia Mt. Tabor y subida por taxi para visitar la iglesia de la Transfiguracion. Llegada a Nazaret el lugar donde el Hijo de Dios se encarnó en la Sma. Virgen, iremos a la gruta de la Sagrada Familia. Cena y alojamiento.

Desayuno. Visita al Monte de las Bienaventuranzas, donde haremos nuestra meditación personal. Visita a Cafarnaum, celebración de la Sta. Misa, sobre las ruinas de la casa de San. Pedro, visita a las ruinas de la antigua Sinagoga. Continuamos al lugar de la multiplicación de los panes y peces. Después nos embarcamos para hacer una travesía por el mar de Galilea, y ya mar adentro, haremos las lecturas correspondientes. Visitaremos el Primado de Pedro, donde Jesús les dice a sus discípulos que están regresando de pescar “Muchachos, traed algunos de los peces que acaban de pescar“, ahí hay una roca donde Jesús tenía preparado el fuego, y los esperaba, le pregunta ahí a Pedro, Me amas más que estos?. continuamos a Cana de Galilea, donde Jesús realizo su primer milagro. Oportunidad de renovar el Sacramento del Matrimonio, para los que están casados. Llegada a final del dìa a Tel Aviv. Esta noche tendremos nuestra cena de despedida y entrega de certificados de Peregrinaje.

Desayuno y traslado en nuestro bus privado al aeropuerto Ben Gurion de Tel Aviv para embarcar en nuestro vuelo de regreso a USA. Llegada el mismo dia
